John D. Scott

John is a Shareholder with Patton, Hoversten & Berg, P.A, and has been working with the firm since 2020, primarily in the Faribault office. Prior to that, John worked with a law firm in the Twin Cities, representing clients in Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation claims. John’s professional experience over 18 years includes a diverse litigation background of jury trials, court trials, arbitrations and mediations. This experience gives a perspective and ability to efficiently and effectively represent his clients and achieve desirable results.

Outside of the office, John resides with his wife in rural Le Sueur County, where they are engaged raising sheep and beef cattle. Beyond his professional and farm commitments, he and his wife engage in a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, camping and exploring new destinations through travel.
