Joseph R. Heinrichs

Joseph Heinrichs grew up in northern Iowa near the Minnesota border with his parents and five siblings. He moved to Minnesota in 2018 to attend law school at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. After graduating in 2021, he relocated to southern Minnesota, where he worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Carol M. Hanks in Waseca County.

Since joining Patton, Hoversten & Berg (PH&B) in August of 2022, Joseph Heinrichs has made a significant impact. With a focus on litigation, Heinrichs has prevailed in challenging legal battles, including complex civil litigation and criminal defense work. In addition to his success in the courtroom, Heinrichs has assisted numerous clients in family and probate matters, offering compassionate guidance and effective legal representation.

In his free time, Heinrichs enjoys staying active and riding his horse, Cheyanne. He also enjoys spending time with his family, specifically his five siblings, mother, and niece.
